JORI International makes my job easier, they make me look good and they get back to me in a way that gives me a clear understanding of my questions. JORI is on top of all the CBSA updates on shipping and duty, which helps us save money on duty charges. Right now if we have a crate to ship late in the day, JORI will do what they can to make it happen and they usually do make it work. Other companies that do what JORI does just say wait until tomorrow without even trying. Others require a minimum 4 hrs notice. JORI staff always say they will at least try and they usually make it happen.
