“There are a lot of things that we value about JORI, such as their knowledge. They know what they are doing. I can send them an email and they respond. I appreciate that they clear out shipments and don’t put up a fuss if we don’t have everything line up perfectly. We have had other companies approach us about providing service and we have never even entertained the idea. We are happy with JORI and they have been doing a good job for us.”

JORI International makes my job easier, they make me look good and they get back to me in a way that gives me a clear understanding of my questions. JORI is on top of all the CBSA updates on shipping and duty, which helps us save money on duty charges. Right now if we have a crate to ship late in the day, JORI will do what they can to make it happen and they usually do make it work. Other companies that do what JORI does just say wait until tomorrow without even trying. Others require a minimum 4 hrs notice. JORI staff always say they will at least try and they usually make it happen.
